When calling a gas technician out to your home for testing purposes, please ensure that they are equipped with the correct carbon monoxide testing device. If the tradesperson only carries a basic gas leakage tester it will not check for carbon monoxide, however many carbon monoxide detection devices are made to test for a variety of things.
